This unit is completely refurbished in excellent condition. This cast removal system features both two-speed saw hand piece and two-speed vacuum dust suction. This system is powerful yet very QUIET! This is probably the ideal cast cutter for pediatric orthopedic applications because it is so quiet; and therefore child friendly.  This system also has a very impressive service track record. They run for years and are incredibly reliable, unlike some other saws which seem to need constant servicing!
